Frank commenced his architectural career straight after graduating in Melbourne. In 2010 Frank established his own firm, Fd Architects. Frank has completed numerous residential and commercial projects with a dynamic team he handpicked to deliver more exciting projects. Frank was also building a vision around high quality architectural design that reflected his passion with “making a difference”. This vision has now taken form in FdNA branding. The FdNA approach and his team are here to realise many more high end residential homes that are designed uniquely for their owners.
Anna Kwan - Associate / Architect
Anna has practiced as an architect for over 10 years and has delivered projects across different disciplines including Residential, Commercial, Health and Urban Design both locally and internationally. Anna joins us and oversees our commercial and residential team supervising project management, leading edge design and quality assurance.
Zlatko Basic - Architectural Town Planner
Since joining Fd Architects in 2013, Zlatko has developed excellent understanding in local planning policies. Combining with his architectural skills, he is able to assist many clients in achieving all necessary elements within their dream homes that is compliant and without compromising from any of the end result.
Jina He - Architectural Project Co-ordinator (Residential)
Looking after architectural process, Jina is the go to person who is co-ordinating between design, consultation, documentation and project delivery. Sienna Zhan - Landscape Town Planner
With landscape design forms an integral part to the FdNA architectural language, Sienna offers expertise in landscape architecture. With extensive knowledge within local planning system, she is able to adapt beautiful and yet functional landscape design to complement the high quality architectural design within FdNA while meeting planning compliance.
Anthony Neofitou - Architectural Document Officer (Residential)
With his strong architectural drafting background, Anthony has taken his documentation to a level that is matching the high-end quality architectural design in FdNA. With more than 10 years of local experience, Anthony has the ability to turn a dream home’s concept into an efficient build through his construction knowledge and attention to detail.
Perry Yu - Architectural Project Co-ordinator (Commercial)
As the one of the most crucial member to Fd Commercial team, Perry offers consistency and accountability to every project. As the go to person, our commercial developer clients can rely on Perry on services ranging from feasibility, concept design and town planning design.
Cecilia Nguyen - Architectural Document Officer (Commercial)
With the understanding of dynamic nature and tight timeframe usually associated with commercial projects, Cecilia has the ability to adapt to almost any situation when it comes to architectural construction documentation and ensures construction package is delivered on time and on budget so that such project can be built on time and without design related variations.
Kris Chen - Accounts / HR Officer
With the importance of his dual role, Kris ensures all accounts related matters are well managed while also looking after HR related matters ranging from recruitment to company policy planning.
Pablo Rivas - Drainage engineer (Fd Engineering)
With more than 10 years’ experience in local government, Pablo has a strong understanding of local guidelines in relation to drainage design and detention systems. He works closely with our architectural team to ensure that your home is well protected yet minimising the visual dominance of drainage elements such as pits and watertanks etc.
